Renay, when I curl my hair with a flat iron , the curls are really beautiful , but it seems like it's damaging my hair a lot..

I use an old curling iron but I just took the clamp off and what I do is section my hair ( top and bottom ) into too and pin the top on the top of my head
And then when I curl my hair I go half way to 3/4 down the length of my hair and curl that and I make it a slightly larger chunk of hair that I curl and leave it on for 10 seconds
And it helps because you don't have to curl the whole length of your hair but you can still get nice curls:)
Also I super quick way is to throw your hair into a high high pony tail and then just curl all the pieces in the pony tail then when you let it out you can fix any pieces that you May have missed or that need an extra curl:)

I use a bubble want (not sure if that's what they're called but it looks like a normal curling iron with bubbles) you could also do no heat curls, there's lots of tutorials on YouTube!

I use my conair infinity pro curl secret and my curls turn out awesome and last days on my normally straight hair. It's the one that sucks your hair up into it.
If I want large waves instead of spirals I like to curl my hair in large sections away from my face vertically with my 1" curling wand.
Always remember the power of hairspray to help set your curls in place!

Heatless foam curlers! put them in dry hair they come out better.

I suggest using a curling wand because it creates gorgeous curls that will last all day. (you can also brush them out to create waves) and you only have to hold the hair on it for a couple of seconds so its not as damaging!
