I've had it for months now and it seems to be getting worse! I keep the area clean butvwhat else can I do to helpbit go?
Also it looks a little cakey when I put foundation in the area.

Could it be more of a reaction from your hair products? Try ditching whatever current products you're using on your hair and see if that helps.

Get the elf zit zapper, it will shrink big pimples overnight!

Use raw/unheated honey!! My acne was a lot worse then that and now it is a lot better!! You can do one of two things: 1. For large nasty pimples put a bit on it, cover with a bandwidth and go to bed... It will be soooo much smaller tomorrow! 2. Spread the honey on your whole face or the affected area and leave on for as long as you can (atleast 20 minutes if you want to see a slight difference) and then wash off... I have noticed the longer you leave it on the better.

Moisturizer won't help you, moisture assists acne, you need to dry out the area :) you could try tea tree oil, works wonders!!
