Is it on the inside of your eye? I'd go to a doctor. It's probably am infection..

I'd suggest going to the doctor's to check it out. It might be something really simple like a blocked tear duct or something but as the eyes are so sensitive and delicate you don't want to take any chances.

Don't wear any makeup until it goes away.

It looks similar to when my nephew got a blocked tear duct. I would go to the doctor for sure so you don't get an eye infection.

Make sure you sanitize all of your makeup and brushes, and replace products that can't be sanitized (liquid concealer or primers with a wand, **mascara**, eye creams that are in tubs/pots instead of pumps, etc.).
