Would it help if I dabbed a tiny amount of hand sanitiser on my spot just to clean it and dry it out?xxx

Calamine lotion works well, you know the ugly pink stuff you put on poison ivy and mosquito bites? Just dab it on and watch it shrivel and die!😁

No put you could use a bit of vodka or tea tree oil. whenever I'm very desperate and don't have anything else I use a tiny bit of nail polish remover to kill all the germs and bacteria.

Tea tree oil is your best bet. It acts as an antibacterial agent and helps soothe the spot while a)bringing it to a tip (whiteheads) or b)drying it out.
