Depends on what eyeliner you're using. I would use pencil, draw the line and then go over with liquid eyeliner.

Steady hand. It takes practice :) to work your way up into using liquid free handedly you can start by taking a black eyeliner pencil or whichever color you prefer and tracing a thin line and then trace it over with the liquid liner.

Start simple! I started with a simple small line on the outer corner. Once you have the hang of it, you can start working up to stuff like winged liner or a cat eye 😄

Just keep practicing! When I started out I would look up tips and watch endless videos, but the only thing that really helped me improve was just practicing as much as possible on myself and before I knew it my hand was shake free and could apply the smoothest eyeliner in the world 😉

You can place tape to get a straight line for me gel is easier but maybe use an eyeliner pen and practice :)

If you're using liquid, tap lines slowly onto your lash line and connect them.
