Eos lip balms are great! My favourite one is the mint one, it makes my lips feel awesome and very moisturized!

I would suggest one without petrolatum (aka: Vaseline & petroleum jelly). It doesn't actually hydrate your lips it just seals them so your lips don't feel like they are chapped. Baby lips and Nivea lip balms have petrolatum. I know eos and Burt's bees do not. Make sure to read the label. 😊

Elf lip exfoliator use coconut oil at night before bed And nieva kiss of smooth throughout the day I have stupid dryskin and have to exfoliate my lips daily I swear by this method.

I'm obsessed with Lush lip scrub - it comes in bubblegum or popcorn flavour and you can eat it off your lips when you're done! For throughout the day I love the fresh sugar lip treatment, but for a less expensive alternative the Nivea one is also great.

Use a lip scrub on your lips and then put on Chapstick. It should make your lips soft.

I think it all depends although eos works for most people eos made my lips even more dry, same with Vaseline. It makes my lips worse.

The baby lips dr rescue works great. You can get it as plain or tinted. I use it and it's amazing.
