Clear mascara.. I don't really know what you mean but definitely don't use Vaseline. Why don't you wanna use mascara?

Josie Maran, fresh, and urban decay do natural mascaras if the ingredients are why you don't want to use mascara.

Curling you lashes and using a clear mascara but other than that there isn't all that much but like what Jess said you could use a black or brown eyeliner and coat your lashes

Cult the lashes and do a clear mascara. You could also probably use a clear eyebrow gel and a spooli brush!

You can get your lashes tinted at a salon. of course that would only really keep them dark not necessarily add length or volume... although when I get mine tinted they appear longer because the very very tips of eyelashes are very light.
