I have been using Benefit Cosmetics powder & makeup...it doesn't cover & it flakes... Any brands that don't do either or is it how I'm applying possibly? Any and all help is appreciated!!

What's your skin type? What coverage do you want? And what sort of finish are you looking for?

We can all give you more suitable recommendations if you share this information as foundation is very much dependent on skin type.

My skin type gets oily if I skip shower days but I usually take a shower and apply make up (I have eczema and need to put some ointment on). I want full coverage and a matte finish.

YSL is coming out with a new foundation fusion I think it's called. It's a nice foundation but a bit matte and a fuller coverage than I usually go for but if you like a matte finish then I'd give it a go.

Is YSL around the same price range as benefit?

I'm from the UK so I'm not sure about prices elsewhere but Benefit's foundation is about £25 I think and then YSL's is about £30 so it's a little bit more but to me it's not too huge a price difference.

Makeup Forever Mat Velvet, or their Face and Body foundation, Clinique Super Balanced, or Estee Lauder Double Wear.

Thank you Becky! I'll check it out.

What are those price ranges, Lisa?

Like I said it's fairly new so there's a lot of promotion going on meaning they're giving out samples quite freely so if you wanted to try it then see if you can pick up a sample.

Idk not sure but you can look at Sephora's website. Probably $30-50?
