It's not really a look, but I just bought some of Lorac's 3D Liquid Lustre and its amazing, instant sparkly eyes with no mess. They have it in a white-silver shade but it has micro gold shimmer/glitter to it, and they also have a gold. I got the silver and although I don't have my holiday look planned yet I am definitely planning on using it in there somewhere. It's $16 at Sephora.
I like Tanya Burr's (YouTube guru) cranberry smokey eyes look though.

My holiday will be spent explaining to my stepdaughter yet again why I choose to wear makeup so I'm screwed no matter what I wear lol,but anything shimmery Is good for the holidays:)

LIPS : event or occasion? RED windy cold day? NUDE (all matte with a dab of gloss in center and outer corners)
CONTOUR : color varies with skin complexion... though contour face lightly as you'll stand out if a lot (not in good way!!!)
EYES : event and or occasion - smokey eye, matte with a dash of glitter! day out cool - keep it natural bit make it with whatever lipstick or outfit for day.
