Hair spray! Just put hairspray on your finger then push those little hairs back. For the longer ones just comb back and use hairspray

Use a toothbrush with hairspray or mousee on it

My friend used clear Chapstick to keep it down and it worked for her!

Get a toothbrush, spray it with hairspray and use that to comb down the little hairs.
