Isn't the point of contouring using some type of a darker product in certain spots? Maybe not :) I don't know how to contour either but your coverage looks nice!

Maybe just blend it in a little more but other than that great job! I've been wanting to try contouring myself, which products did you use.

I used a maybelline concealer & elf contouring bronzer :)
Yes I do need to blend better I just don't have any brushes to blend with 😭😭😭😭. I can't believe I forgot.

I will post some screenshots of what Ms. Jackie said on a previous post about contouring...

She basically says that the point of contouring is to create the illusion of a more oval shaped face, because that shape is the ideal one for symmetry and stuff. So since not everyone has an oval shaped face you have to k km ow your face shape and contour accordingly to get the right effect...

Looks pretty good. I just recommend blending more (I like using a damp beauty blender) and I think itll look better with less highlighting... its only supposed to go where the sun hits your face and it looks like its everywhere. just a tip. but thats amazing for your first time!
