I've worn this dress before, but went the safe route in terms of makeup. I'm stuck if I should go for a bold lip or play up my eyes. I would love to see what you all think. This is for my friend's birthday and it's a garden party theme :)

I would say a bold eye like the pic above. And then maybe go a nude or natural lip color. Pretty dress!
