1. What is the best affordable bb cream?
2. What's the best concealer affordable concealer?
3. If I am wearing mascara do you think eyeliner is necessary and what's the difference between white nude an black eyeliner.

Covergirl bb is awesome in my opinion and very affordable about 5 or 6 dollars.
The best affordable concealer in my opinion is covergirl clean concealer
Nope it's not necessary :) mascara alone is just fine.

In my opinion and with my oily skin this works:
1. Garnier combination to oily skin bb cream
2.Maybline age rewind
3. It's not necessary, personal preference.

Black eyeliner is pretty basic white and nude usually are used for your waterline to make your eyes seem larger and more awake but white is harsher than nude.

No eyeliner is not necessary at all, I wear only mascara all the time :)
