Is it the formula of the foundation that makes it oxidize on some people's skin, or is it their primer that does it, like the formulas don't match? I'm sick of my foundations looking great and matching perfectly when I apply them, then my face turns orange throughout the day. It pisses me off. I currently use L'Oreal True Match and I alternate between Hourglass Mineral Veil & Too Faced Primed & Poreless primers. Should I switch foundations? I don't know what to do.

I find it varies.
Does it always oxidise even when you don't use primer?
I didn't find True Match oxidised on me but everyone's different. Maybe it would be worth a switch if you're finding that it's happening all the time.

I have to use primer otherwise the foundation will melt off my face.
The only foundations I've ever used were drugstore - CoverGirl 3-in-1, and Revlon ColorStay. They've all oxidized on my skin. Maybe it's time I upgrade to a prestige brand.
