5 litters is way too much lol. I thought it was two litters at least.

5 litres is a little excessive. I'd say about 3 litres. I drink that and my skin is very clear.
Avoid high sugar and salt levels in foods, and don't eat too much of them. Eat lots of fresh fruit and veg, especially broccoli, kale and carrots:)

A cup is 250ml. 5 cups isn't enough really, you should be drinking at LEAST 8 cups a day.

12 oz of warmed lemon water (sipped with a straw to not damage tooth enamel) every morning and every night will do WONDERS for your skin. Trust me, I've been doing this for the past 2 weeks and my skin has improved so much!! If you need more info just google it lol.

You can also add honey if you are sensitive to sour lemon water lol (who isnt?!?!) or I heard per 12 oz of lemon water a tsp of cayenne pepper is great too.

I went to the dermatologist and they told me food doesn't really make you break out it's more hormonally. BUT I would try to limit how much salt I take in and grease cause it's just not that good for you
