I was looking at a vit E, collagen, and elastin skin cream that I heard can also do wonders if you have acne scars and redness. Walking around in the store I came across a two small cans wrapped in plastic (couldn't see the ingredients) and decided to buy it because hey, 3 bucks is better than 11 on amazon.
When I got home and unwrapped I saw there were two different alcohols in it. Isn't this just going to make my skin worse and dry? And more aging than making it younger?

Depends on what kind of alcohol mostly all skincare products contain some form of alcohol in them because they make your skincare products feel lighter on the skin fatty alcohols act as emolients and to be honest the bad alcohols like denatured alcohol serves a purpose because most serums or retinol would not be able to penetrate the skin without it unless the product has a more current delivery system ,the alcohol breaks down the lipid barrier allowing the product to penetrate, but it shouldn't sit high on the ingredient deck,It is better to look for products that don't contain SD alcohol in them.

I know of a sun screen that contains no artificial alcohol. The company's products are botanically based and pure, safe and beneficial to your skin.
