I have really thick, oily hair with a bad split end problem, and I started using mane and tail. It's shampoo for horses but it's made my hair grow like an inch in about six weeks! It's very very good at cleansing hair but does not strip out all natural oils, but leaves it with a healthy glow & makes my hair silky soft! I wouldn't bother with the conditioner personally, but definitely the shampoo!
Good luck! :)
