Ingrown hair on leg help!

So I have this ingrown leg on my hair and I want to get rid of it but I have no idea how! Can I put something on it that will make the ingrown hair come out or something?

Thank you Alexis I will deff try the warm compress and see what happens! I had this for a couple of months now because I thought it would go away on it's own but I guess it's not possible lol.

Exfoliate. It'll help remove the layer (s) of skin above the ingrown and it might escape on it own fruition
