There's nothing you can do but keep it healthy. Do weekly masks, don't use heat, get trims for the dead ends etc.
don't take pills or vitamins without talking to your doctor, they can have lethal side effects like kidney and liver failure, hair falling out etc.
Hair growth is determined by genetics. You can't change that. But by keeping yourself healthy and doing things that do not damage your hair you can make sure your growth rate is going at maximum speed.

Hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.
Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.
Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner
keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)

I personally really like the Aussie 3 minute miracle, the klorane masks, and the macadamia hair masks. :) there's plenty that work well, these are just my go tos.

Aussie brand can strip your hair! I know the regular shampoos and conditioners can but I'm not sure about the 3 minute miracle but I'm guessing it still strips hair too!

Aussie 3 minute miracle is just a deep conditioner, the shampoos can strip color but the deep conditioner doesn't.
