^^I would most likely use permanent hair dye espeacially since I think I would have to lighten the my hair so it holds color better since its brown.

It looks beautiful. Bold/bright colors are usually pretty difficult to keep up with, but if you've already done something similar, you should be fine, if not, you can talk to your stylist and he/she will tell you how to care for it. Or if you're doing it yourself, look up how to care for it.

Yea, it's pretty damaging, but hair masks and treatments will, with time, mend the damage.
