my hair keeps falling out! a lot of the time in chunks, and it mostly happens when im in the shower. i know im not stressed, so what could i do to fix this problem??

Just a heads up get your thyroid levels checked. I was losing a lot of hair every time I washed or brushed it. Other symptoms of hypothyroidism are fatigue, weight gain, and mood swings.
