Matrix biolage makes a wonderful moisturizing shampoo. Then matrix biolage leave in conditioner- I've been using it since I was 12 (now I'm 24 for reference) and lastly I just discovered Nexxus Humecterus conditioner. I have very very curly hair.

There's a few sites that are dedicated to people w/curly hair depending on where you live if its the UK (British Curlies) and if you're from America then I think it's curly girl? I'll have to double check. Also you can get Lorraine masseys book called: curly girl the hand book and it gives you loads of handy tips and tricks that you can use.
As for me I've been used no shampoo and if I am it has to have no sulphates or silicones. Same with the conditioner (no SLS/silicones) :)

Doing conditioner washes between shampoos help. Especially in cold weather.
Product wise, I find that its such an individual thing with us curly heads. Samples are your best friends, cause some of the brands like Miss Jessies & Diva are pricey.

Curly hair is always thirsty and in need of moisture. I recently tried something I read online. Heat olive oil in the microwave until hot and massage it into your hair. Put on a shower cap and leave it in for 15-20 minutes then rinse it out. Also, don't wash your hair everyday and if you do, condition wash it. I'm currently in search for a new shampoo and conditioner as well but I have used Carol's Daughter Monoi in the past and have liked it. (CD isn't just for ethnic hair)
