I would emphasize the "lips" a bit more and make the teeth a bit more exaggerated against the black.

Yeah same ^^^ I would make the teeth bigger and maybe make them uneven to make it creepier.

Hi Bethany,it's a good start but like the other ladies suggested make the teeth a bit more dramatic.I actually did a Mileena look I have it on my profile maybe that could help you out. :)
