Honestly I find it hard to do my brows with a pencil especially if you want a natural look. What I use is the nyx brow cake powder and that is all I've ever used tht workd for me. If I use a pencil, ill use it on the arch and tail. Get a color close to you hair type. I got the nyx in black. I have dark brown hair and have tried brown powders and dark brown powders, but the color tht workd best ws black but its just a trial and error thing.

I suggest Anastasia dipbrow pomade. For the looks of it you would probably be in the colour blonde. Also you can buy brow stencils to help with shaping your brows when filling them in. Be sure to go light handed when ever filling in your brows and if need be you can always build up the colour.

I myself have very sparse brows. I basically have to make them up from a scratch when I draw them and it was a long way before I got comfortable with the shape I've got.
I used to make mistakes like drawing them as a line, or ignoring my arches and once I started to do it differently it looks really natural.
1. You need to find you tone. It should ideally be the same of your natural hair.
2. Start by setting the width. That is, decide how thick they are going to be. Eyebrows are usually one centimeter or so thick. Eyebrow hairs are rarely longer than that.
3. Draw the first "hair", the closest to your nose bridge in a 75 degree angle and from that, draw the contour of the whole eyebrow
4. Don't go crazy on the arch, try to follow your eyebrow shape or what it should be. Remember that very harsh arches will make you look mean.
5. Fill it in with very soft strokes until you feel comfortable with the shape and length.
6. After you're done with the pencil you can just set it with mineral powder or brow powder. Don't go to dark. And remember the best tone for brows is usually ashy or grayish.
I hope it helps. I know the struggle.
