Do you think it's à must have or completely useless ?

Do you think it's too much if use with à mascara base/primer (and a mascara) ?

ive never even heard of them. i think 3 steps is too much.

I agree with Ari, I used a mascara primer once and it was useless I cant imagine a top coat being worth the investment... no matter the price

I think it's pretty pointless. It comes out great without it!
