Need more info: is it thick? I have a medium thickness for hair and I wash it every 2 days.

1-2 times a week. Depending on what products you use in your hair and how you style it. My bestfriend shampoos every two weeks and cowashes in between but it really depends on how you treat your hair. You might be able to get more info on natural hair forums :)

I usually co wash every couple days and shampoo once a week, when my scalp starts to because greasy. You really have to pay attention to your hair to make sure you're not over washing, as it could become brittle and dry. :(

I wash my hair once a week , because if I try more than that my hair gets incredibly dry or super oily, and I have very curly fine thick hair!
