Anything that says oil control will dry you out , it's ment to absorb oil from the skin , If you have sensitive skin get the gentle cleanser any skin type can use a gentle cleanser if you have acne you should use other things to combat that like salicylic acid, tea tree oil or benzoyl peroxide ,

Agreed don't layer treatment lotions that's definitely where the dryness came from... if your face isn't bad then spot treat and use a lotion whether am or pm.

I like the gentle cleanser just fine - but jacqlyn is right 10% BP is super strong... Unless you have like a monster pimple then you don't really need it for mild acne... I use the 2% BP by neutrogena and it's much more gentle but still gets the job done.

I like the Daily Facial Cleanser over the Gentle Skin Cleanser. I find that the gentle doesn't wash my face good at all and always broke me out, I find it best as a body wash vs a face wash because it doesn't specify that its a facial cleanser, its just call Gentle Skin Cleanser... I use CeraVe but since you say your oily, go with the Daily Facial Cleanser from Cetaphil.

I think you should wash your face with cetaphil & the cerave lotion unless you are breaking out then I would use benzoyl peroxide but skip the 3rd product you mentioned.

Also I would cut down to a 2% benzoyl peroxide because it does the same job as 10% & is a lot more gentle
