What can I do to improve my look?

So this is a super unflattering picture of me, but I'm looking for input on what can be changed to look more flattering. First off, I think my hair colour isn't right like it doesn't look good with my skin colour and eyes, what do you guys think? And for ways of parting my hair I don't know what gives it the best look, cause I feel like my face looks really long and wide. What makeup looks would you recommend?

I think your pretty the way you are! I just may suggest being not so heavy with the front of your brows take a spollie brush and go over the front

You are seriously gorgeous! I'm not just complimenting you like how Regina did to that girl in the skirt. I actually mean it. But if you feel like you need something extra use highlighter. Take vitamin E, and A, and more water.
