I thought I started to breakout on my chest but that doesn't happen often and instead if ance a bunch of painful red spots just appeared all over my chest (in a time frame of 10mins). I also don't think it's acne because when I tried to use a treatment the rash spread and got sore. I don't know what happened or why it happened but what can I do to get rid of it or stop it from getting worse.

I've had it as well, best thing to do is put a ice pack on it and leave it alone.

Thank you Eve. I put a ice pack on it last night and the inflammation went away but I still have red dots, they will probably go away in a while just because I'm so pale.

It could be hives which would imply an allergic reaction to something you put on I.e cream, perfume, etc.

I didn't do any of that which is why it's so weird. I was just watching tv, not eating anything then I started getting bumps everywhere.
