What should I use to get rid of them? They're all over and I've tried numerous acne medicines and they won't go away. Thanks for any help!

Where are these bumps? Are they itchy? Is it acne or just an irritation? What is your current skincare routine? Could you possibly post a picture? Sorry for all the questions but I feel like we need a bit more information to help you.

They're mostly on my chin. They're not itchy at all and don't hurt. I'm not sure if they're acne thats why I posted this, I'm not sure what they are. My current skincare routine is the first aid beauty cleanser and lotion and I've used it for quite a while with no problems. I can post pictures in the morning!

For me its on my forehead. they are skin coloured raised smalled bumps scattered throughout. I've had then since I was a preteen, so no matter what my skin regimen theyve always stayed. I'm just wondering what they are, as I've given up trying to get rid of them.

Sounds more like milia than acne related. Milia are tiny white bumps that most commonly appear across a the nose, chin or cheeks. They are produced by the retention of sebaceous secretions and are generally treated at home with exfoliation (scrubs, or a glycolic based cleanser), or by extraction from a aesthetician or dermatologist.
