I've had this blue eyeliner from loreal for a while but I can't find a way to wear it without it looking.too dramatic. I have a medium skintone and dark brown eyes. I'd really appreciate any suggestions and photos for inspiration. here's the color of liner. it is a reall intense and bright aqua blue.

Do a blnk wing and thn just line it ontop of that, so that its a black and blue wing.

I think a neutral shadow on top and the blue on your lower water line and blend it down in your lash line would be sooo pretty! maybe more of a spring look though
