So like I used that cleanser for the first time yesterday and I loved it cause 1)it was Sooo gentle 2) my skin wasn't irritated 3) my skin was very soft and moisturizer after (with other cleansers my skin gets cracked and dry) 4) my skin didn't get red or inflamed and 5) it's not that expensive and it's a pretty big bottle lol but here's the problem... :(

It's too gentle that I still have a little bit of bb cream on my face after I wash it :( :( :(. When I get home from school I take off my makeup (only bb cream) with neutrogena makeup remover wipes and then before I go to bed I wash my face. And after I washed my face I poured some astringent on a Cotten ball (salicylic acid) and rubbed it all over my face,...AND WHEN I LOOKED AT THE COTTON BALL I ughhhh I swear I was so close to crying, the cotton ball showed bb cream on it ;(. You guys I have spent forever looking for a cleanser for my skin like it either doesn't work, is expensive, or make me break out and now that I have a cleanser that doesn't do any of those things...it doesn't clean enough :(

So here's my question ughh sorry for the rambling... Well what can I do? Can I wash my face twice before I go to bed? Maybe 3 times? Maybe leave it on longer? Maybe use a brush/scrub? :( please help me

And I can't leave anyyyy trace of bb cream on my face because I am HIGHLY acne prone :(

I wouldn't wash your face more then once because that may be to much for your skin, but if you really need to you can. But I would suggest using a brush or something because it will clean your face and should get the makeup of! I am sorry if that doesn't help!

Maybe you can use a cold cream (makeup remover cream, Jergens is a good one. Use your wipes, then apply the lotion then wash your face, that should do the trick. It will also removed mascara

Makeup wipes then coconut oil to help remove without irritation

Coconut oil can be comedogenic for some people, if you're highly acne prone I wouldn't use that
