What can I use to cover up this battle wond on my face I got frm my son scratched my face lol I hate seeing it there it's annoying and it's a bit swollen as well.

I would just let it heal. I know it probably bothers you but you don't want it to get infected.

Lol my son gives me those all the time -.- as much as I want to cover it up I just use Neosporin to let it heal faster
