I started using the Rimmel lash serum for my eyebrows about 2 wks ago. Has anyone used this? Did it work? I think my eyebrows are growing where I put the serum, but I'm not sure.

In my experience, this product doesn't make the hairs grow any faster. I used the mascara version for almost an entire year, and saw absolutely no difference. The thing that I think it's important to keep in mind is that Latisse is the only FDA approved growth serum, and that products like this Rimmel version often do not have a high enough concentration of whatever growth product to actually make a difference.
