So during the fall and winter my skin gets so dryyyy and no matter what shaving cream I use I still get those red little razor bumps. I am using Jergens Ultra Healing Lotion but its just not cutting it for my legs. So what lotion do you guys recommend? Eucerin didn't help it either... Thanks!

Have you tried coconut oil? It's really moisturizing and it's supposed to be good for cuts and injuries.

I use hydrocortisone too, it's really helpful

For me personally, I use cocoa butter.

Coconut oil doesn't do anything for me. Its a sealant so its not really getting deep into the skin to repair but it makes it seem like its helping because it looks like its moisturizing. Thank you though! I'll have to try the cortisone, thanks everyone!

I really recommend Lubriderm. It's really lightweight, absorbs quickly and doesn't feel greasy at all. I also don't like Eucerin, I find it to be too thick and greasy feeling for my tastes.

I would try using cream instead if lotion.

No problem, Lisa. Lubriderm is great, it's also what I use on my tattoos (you're supposed to use aquaphor for a week or two, then lotion). It's great! super gentle, unscented, doesn't irritate the skin at all =)

Yes! I second Lubriderm, it works on my really dry skin, even when nothing else did. It lightweight, non greasy, and feel really nourishing. I also have the issue of getting razor bumps on my legs during the fall and winter, and it has helped tremendously, I really recommend you give it a try. Best of luck.
