If you're breaking out, then it's irritating your skin, right? Stop using it, try a different product. Some cleansers and toners don't cooperate with some skin, I suggest buying something else. As far as getting your money back, I think you'd have to contact the company and tell them your situation. Either you'll get coupons, cash back or they're going to ignore you. Speaking from experience only.

It's hard to say. You could be experiencing irritated skin OR you could be going through the purging stage, where the impurities beneath make their way to the surface to exit. I would say try it maybe a tad bit longer to see if you notice improvement before returning.

Yeah murad is not gentle at all and when I first tried it my skin was peeling like crazy and made my breakouts that much worse - with that said any time you start a new acne regimen you have to start slowly - try reducing the use to once a day and then see if it improves and if it does then you can increase to twice a day - but if you don't see improvement after a month then it's probably not going to work well for you but it takes at least a month to see results if you are going to see any at all.

I actually really like that cleanser- it's my HG. But it's pretty intense, and if it's irritating you then you should stop using it! Everyone has different skin!
