So I just purchased the velvet lipstick the from forever 21. The color was really pretty I couldn't resist. When I applied the lipstick at first it was very dry and I didn't like it. Then I tried it on again¿qué el clubo de español está haciendo mañana? pretty sure that's not right 😁 after applying lip balm and it went on well. Any tips on how to apply this specific lipstick so I don't look like I have tons of lipstick on?

Maybe you should try blotting it with a tissue or something and to make it not so dry you should put like a translucent lip gloss on or a color lip gloss.
