Hey ladies!
Once again, I'm looking for a holy grail eye primer for oily and slightly hooded lids.
Thanks in advance 😘

Try Nyx eyeshadow base in the jar or Mac paint pot. Those are both tackier than say primer potion, so they should be better for oil control. Also make sure to set the primer with a translucent powder or shadow that matches your skin

Nars eye primer is supposedly fantastic for oily lids!

My favorite primers are Urban Decay & Too Faced. I haven't tried the Nars but have heard good reviews on it. If those don't work then I would try dusting some setting powder on your lids first to help soak up any oil, use an eyeshadow cream base like Julie suggested, and then apply the primer.

Urban Decay or Elf.

My absolute holy grail eye primer is Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer. I have hooded eyes so eyeshadow creases on me so easily but I haven't experienced any creasing since I started using that primer (:

I agree with Alexis, the behind the scenes primer is AMAZING. That, and the nyx eyeshadow base are the only things that keep things from getting crease-y on my hooded lids.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance! much better than UD's primer. Just apply a small quantity and let it set for a couple of minutes before applying eyeshadow :) my eye makeup last up to 14 hrs without touch up.
