I got a Sephora gift card for Christmas, and I'm already thinking WHAT SHOULD I USE IT ON!! I'm looking for a really good face primer and/or an eye shadow palette. I'm not sure what the best is or what I should get. For reference, I have combination skin that's more on the oily side. What should I look for? What primer is the best for oily skin? Happy holidays :) I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Naked palette by Urban Decay and way too many primers to name but Sephora is awesome and I'm sure a beauty consultant there can help you try different products and help you find something that suits you and looks great!

I have really oily skin too :/ I use porefesional by Benefit, Urban Decay face primer, or Kat Von D's rehab priming elixir. As for palettes, do you have the naked palettes? Those are always great :) Too Faced has great palettes too.

The NARS primer is good for oily eyelids. I would also look into getting one of the six shade eye palettes Urban Decay came out with (Fun, Feminine and Dangerous).

unfortunately the only way you'll know about the setting spray is to try it for yourself, because some love it and some don't.
for a primer, i recommend victoria's secret pro primer, but that won't help with your gift card! smashbox and mufe have good reviews. check out the review section here too, if you haven't - i was asking about palettes and then it occurred to me that i should look there also
