I have seen soooo many makeup malfunctions lately! I've seen girls with a rectangle (literally!) of bright blush on their cheeks not blended at all. And a while ago I saw a new one. I saw a girl with foundation way too dark for her skin tone with a powder on top that was way too light for her skin tone. And you could tell because she didn't add foundation to her neck so you could see her natural skin color. It was just wrong. Seriously what would you think if you saw that?!

Don't put on a lot of eyeliner! Always blend your foundation well too. Use good lighting when applying makeup. If you apply in bad lighting it might not look as great once you step in the sun/ better lighting.

When applying thicker foundation work in sections of the face because I find that thick liquid foundations dry fast and can leave blotchy areas on the face if not blended immediately!

Not plucking your eyebrows for weeks and loading a ton of sparkly white eyeshadow over it thinking it will hide it lol

@Elly M. for that one I would need to pull her aside privately and let her know. I've done that on many occassions.

How do you prevent making your eyeliner too thick. I can never get it thin and I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Help!!

When I was a freshman in highschool n watched beauty gurus on YouTube for a year I decided it was time to wear makeup .... I bought bare minerals and note I'm light brown skin . The color I got was a medium tan color n I put it all over my face n I had a brown face and grey brown neck -_-

Yes always make sure your foundation matches your skin tone that drives me crazy lol, I work with woman in there 40's and 50"s that still dont get that. Make sure like everyone else said that everything is blended well so you dont look like a pancake face. With the eyes teal shadow up to eyebrows is a no no lol I love that one made me laugh. And yes stay away from black liner on your lips to. I remember being in high school doing that and I see the pictures now and wanna vomit lol(:
