I have beauty blenders but I'm not really sure how frequently your supposed to clean them I don't want to get to a point when it causes me to break out or anything, can anyone help?

I just got the real techniques sponge which is I suppose in a way similar to the beauty blender and it said on the back of the packaging every 1-3 uses. However, I have been cleaning it after every use lol. :)
Also, be careful when you're drying it, don't wring it out!
