Just always have an eos or Chapstick with you... Or during break when you have your lazy days put petroleum jelly or something on your lips and keep repeating the process of putting it on through the rest of your break.

At school I recommend the baby lips chapstick :) it is amazing. For when you come from school, I'd say exfoliate your lips. You can just make your own mixing sugar, honey and oil. After you clean off the exfoliator just put some chapstick and you are okay :)

During school you can use Babylips medicated chapstick and at home you can do what Candy suggested or use Vaseline on your lips and after you brush your teeth, use your toothbrush to exfoliate your lips as you take off the Vaseline with your toothbrush

I swear by the rosebud lip salve for saving my lips. And I do agree, exfoliating will help a lot with the flakes already there. Make sure you are not constantly licking your lips, it'll cause them to dry out more:(
