Which one comes first?

Do you put concealer on first then foundation or vice versa? What's the best method to put on one without messing up the other?

I usually go foundation & then concealer, however, if there's a blemish or somethinf I really want covered up, I'll apply a little concealer on it before the foundation.
after you've applied tour foundation, let it set for a good 3-5mins before applying your concealer to prevent moving the foundstion around & messing it up c:

I heard putting concealer after foundation is better because the foundation already provides some coverage.

Concealer then foundation, since the concealer is a little lighter than your skin It will be less noticeable under foundation

I usually put concealer first. Doing so helps me use less foundation.I just stipple it on the areas where the concealer is after it set.

I do foundation then concealer because your foundation might cover things that appear more without it, so you'll probably end up using less concealer which is always good :) also if I do it before I find that when I apply my foundation it just smudges it away anyways :p.
