I just dyed my hair black to set it up for my black and blue ombre when I feel brave enough to bleach my hair so I will be having most of my length blue and on the top of my head black so no bleach will be touch my roots basically I will find a picture of what I'm doing so you can see but how can I bleach it to make it ombre or should I just bleach it then after its light enough to dye would it be easier to use a little black to fade into the bleach?

Wait did you already dye the entire thing black? If so, you're going to have a very difficult time bleaching that out-- especially getting it light enough for those vibrant colors.
I would go to a professional and let them handle this, because you are at serious risk of frying your hair or ending up with a blue-grey mess.
