I need a full coverage foundation that is not going to clog my pores (I've been breaking out lately) I have drying skin I've been using makeup forever HD foundation.

I'd try Cover FX. They're products are made for acne prone/problem skin. if that isn't enough coverage, you could try wearing a concealer as a foundation, which is what I do because I have such dark acne scars. I use MUFE Full Cover because it covers beautifully, blends amazingly, it's waterproof, paraben free, fragrance free, and non comedogenic.

I've tried Hourglass (Immaculate ), Clinique, CoverFx, MUFE, Estee Lauder Double Wear and I was never satisfied until I was recommended Lancome Idole Teint 24H Makeup and I love it! I have acne scars and ocasional breakouts with oily and red skin, and let me tell you, best splurge I've made!
I apply two big drops and apply with a stippling brush from sephora and within the first application, I get full coverage!
I set it with Laura Mercier setting powder and the foundation doesn't expose my red spots after hours of wear (:
