Try using apple cider vinegar as a toner on your face every night. It has to be all organic and dilute it with water 2:1.

Thank you sobrina, I have used clearasil ultra rapid action gel wash but I feel like it would kind of become a little worse and when I would stop it would get better. I have tried it twice and it happened every time... This is what's left of the bottle

If you can't get to a dermatologist, try starting a skincare , routine cleanse at night with a salicylic cleanser , use a tee tree oil toner and spot treat any large pimples with benzoyl peroxide or a tee tree spot treatment, exfoliate twice a week with a gentle Lactic or enzyme exfoliater because your skin looks very inflamed and irritated, and moisturize using cerave moisturizer in the morning just use a gentle cleanser like cerave hydrating cleanser the tee tree toner again and a spf moisturizer and see if it helps , and it's not going to work overnight unless it's getting worse give it six weeks, and mind you when you start a skincare routine all of the breakouts below the skin will purge out , especially if you're using a chemical exfoliater so don't automatically assume your breaking out it has to run its course ,

I've had bad acne since I was about 12 years old, and only now is it finally calming down!
Truth be told, I do believe the food we eat has a big effect on our skin. Cutting down fats and balancing out your diet could really help. I know it helped me.
As for products, I swear by Neutrogena Naturals Spot Treatment. I'm guilty of using it all over my face though lol. I also like the Biore pore cleansing wash, it makes my skin feel clean without feeling tight and dried.

Water. On top of everything these ladies have said, make sure you're getting at LEAST 8 glasses of water a day. It will honestly definitely help. It keeps you hydrated which your body needs and fishes out your toxins, which your body needs.

Don't use clearasil, it makes your skin dry because of the alcohol in it, thats what my dermatologist said.
try it with a diy mask.
you'll need : 2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of cinnamon and about 6-7 drops of lemonjuice.
mix it together and leave it on for 10-15 min and rince it of with warm water. Use it twice a week , it really helped me to get rid of my acne :))

Go to a dermatologist and ask about Accutane, It's a pill you take for about a year to two years and I have been off it for 5 years now and haven't had any acne since. It completely saved my skin. I don't even have to use a routine anymore I never break out

Don't use pore strips!! Like jacqlyn said, if you can afford it go see a derm. Try drinking plenty of water and eating clean. Change your pillow case regularly. ALWAYS take off your make up and exfoliate very gently when needed. I went on the pill a few years back and it cleared my skin.

I recommend what I use. Ill get a picture in a second hold on. And Clearisil does not dry out your skin. There are certain types you can get. It made my skin smooth and soft, it makes you break out the first time you use it, but it's just cleaning out some oils. If there is lots of oil it helps clean it out, if you use it daily it helps a lot.

Caution about that DIY face mask. Honey can make some people have an allergic reaction (even if you can eat it fine) and lemon juice is really not good for the skin in the long term. If you can't afford a derm Tracy's advice is wonderful for building a skin-care routine. Like Maria said, diet is also a huge factor - acne comes from external factors (which the cleansing routine helps with) and internal ones (hormone levels, and toxins in the body being "expelled" through the skin). Drink at least 2L of water a day. This is one of the most important ways to keep your system clean and will have amazing effects on your skin. Avoid dairy and soy, as these foods have really high hormone levels and fluctuating hormone levels can wreak havoc on skin. Always wash your makeup off at night, don't pick at pimples (will just spread bacteria around and cause scarring), wash your makeup brushes, phone screen, pillow and pillow cases and anything else that touches your face at least 1X a week. Drinking green tea, exercising regularly and washing your face with lukewarm water will keep inflammation down.

Oh, and even if your insurance doesn't cover a derm visit it definitely will cover a gynecologist/primary care doctor, both of whom can prescribe birth control. Your parents may be iffy about it but if you explain how self-conscious and uncomfortable you feel over your skin I'm sure they'll listen - no parent wants their child to feel that way.

Don't use cinnamon or lemon on your face!!
What Hannah suggested can irritate your skin really bad
I suggest seeing a dermatologist or your dr can sometimes prescribe things as well

You may want to eliminate some things and see if you're allergic. I'm allergic to benzoperoxide but didn't know it until I stopped using what my derm prescribed.
