I've been hearing different things from different people. are you supposed to wash your face once or twice a day?

For most people, twice a day. But it depends on your skin type.

Thanks! I was telling my mom that I need to get the night clean and clear thing so I can wash my face in the morning and night because I have morning burst. my mom has really good skin and told me only once a day. but plenty of other people said twice a day and that's what I've been doing with no problem. I'm going to stick with it. my mom has neither dry or oily skin even when growing up so it probably made it easier for her.

Yeah the night cleanser really isnt that great. I was using the Morning Burst and the Night Relaxing cleanser along with the Clean and Clear toner and moisturizer and honestly clean and clear just sucks. It gave me a bunch of skin issues.

It depends on your skin and whatever your preference is. For me, I only wash my face once just before bedtime. A skin care specialist once told me that at night, your skin repairs itself and you don't want to wash all of that hard work off in the morning! Kinda makes sense, I guess - I'll wipe my face with a cleansing cloth in the AM but that's it. Here's my nightly routine:
*Wash face (olive oil soap and rotating scrub brush)
Apply toner
Apply night time moisturizer
Apply collagen serum
*Twice a week I use a microderma scrub
Figure out what works for you and stick with it - if you feel like your skin needs more frequent cleaning, then it certainly won't hurt!
