What moisturiser should I use with Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation?

I recently brought this foundation and I love it for coverage. However, it can make my combination oily skin feel tight. Due to the harsh weather here in England my skin has been drying out a little; I don't want this foundation to make it worse.

Any recommendations to what moisturisers I should use? Should I buy a moisturiser that is not oil free?

I use loccitane precious day cream or nivea one with spf30 (forget the name but its in a jar) they both work well for me with that foundation.

I use the loccitane angelica hydra vital cream and I love it! I would really recommend any moisturizer from loccitane, this is the one that works for my skin.
