I like the one from Elf. It comes in a tube like a lipstick, so it's totally mess free, it tastes nice and is super easy to use. I find that nothing that comes from a pot really works because I feel like my fingers just disperse the product without actually scrubbing my lips.

I don't have a store bought product to suggest because I have always made my own. I use a mixture of sugar, honey, and olive oil or coconut oil.

Try mixing sugar honey and coconut oil and make it into a scrub. Its a really good exfoliator the coconut oil will help condition your lips so they are soft and not dry!
