I can't bear harsh cold.it ruins the skin of my fingers. it swells,skin gets red. its hurting. after the swelling the reddishness turns to black spots. anyone has some help?

Woven gloves so anything that has a woven material put lotion on your hands and rub it in and put your hands in the woven gloves and move your hands around.
The Woven material promotes circulation and helps with the redness and swelling and the lotion moisturizes.

Thanks gals. I always wear gloves.I use coconut oil on it. after some days this reddish will turn in black spots. it gives always a tingling sensation.

No shelly I don't usr water base cream. I just use some oils like cocunut ,olive, vitamn e oil.

Oh. offcourse Sandy. I ll meet a doctor. but the main cause of this condition is severe cold and cold water. when the weather will change. my fingers will heal automatically.
